With a background deeply rooted in the real estate industry, Eunice's journey began during her upbringing, where her mother served as a licensed sales agent. During her teenage years, she actively engaged in various real estate activities such as organizing open houses, staging properties for sale, aiding customers, as well as presenting homes and apartments to potential buyers. Furthermore, her family's ownership and management of a rental property portfolio allowed her to gain expertise in advertising, property viewings, tenant selection, and leasing.

Eunice officially entered the real estate realm in 2001 upon obtaining her Salesperson license. Her extensive expertise spans listing, selling, and purchasing properties in both residential and commercial sectors. Throughout the years, she has excelled in property investment and management, undertaking rehabilitation projects, providing housing guidance, educating individuals in first-time homebuyer classes, as well as writing and selling mortgages for a nationally recognized company. Eunice has also obtained HUD certification in foreclosures and short sales.

Her educational background includes an BBA and a minor in Psychology, which significantly enhances her real estate pursuits.
