Eunice is a gem!!! As a young woman and mother I couldn’t have been in better hands. She walked me through every step, gave me all the advice, looking out for my well being, and shared every high and low with me. Even if it meant doing 5-6 showings a day and driving back and forth to houses we’ve already seen.

I got out bid on the house I had my heart set on, pulled an offer on a house for foundation issues and was under contract on a third when my dream house went back on the market. Eunice was able to pull my offer and get me under contract for this house within a couple hours. We shared tears of joy when this all happened.

She really puts all her heart into helping people and it’s truly a blessing. I’m so grateful for all she has done for me. The entire process was so easy with her help and we had so much fun. We’d walk through homes like we were on HGTV, “tear down this wall” “move the fridge here” “make this into a pantry” etc…
